The easy way to pay

Your rent is due every Monday, but you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. If you choose not to pay weekly though, we’ll need your rent in advance. Why not make your life easier and pay by direct debit?

Direct debit is the quickest and easiest way to pay your rent. Payments will be taken automatically from your bank account. It’s safe and you are fully covered by the Direct Debit guarantee. All our new tenants need to pay this way.

We can set up your direct debit over the telephone with no need to fill in any forms. Just call your Rent Officer on 01642 771326 or 01642 771327. What could be easier?

If you haven't got a direct debit set up, you can pay online using allpay and even pay by text!

Struggling to pay

Rent is the most important bill you will have to pay. If you don’t pay your rent, you could lose your home.

If you find you are struggling to make payments, just get in touch. Your Rent Officers are here to help, and we also have a dedicated Benefit and Money Advice Team who can give you advice on a range of money matters.

We still have other ways to pay your rent, but why not give yourself one less thing to worry about? Call your Rent Officer today and set up a direct debit.
